Through practical skills training, mentorship, financial empowerment, and faith-based leadership development, MEI equips men to live strong, stable, and productive lives.

The Problem
Across Liberia and many parts of Africa, the crisis of manhood has become one of the most under-addressed social challenges of our generation.
Many men have lost their sense of identity as providers, protectors, comforters, and leaders, roles ordained by God for the balance of families and the strength of society.
Unemployment, limited access to quality education, economic instability, and the absence of mentorship have left thousands of men vulnerable to depression, crime, and social disengagement.
In many homes, fathers are absent not only physically but emotionally and spiritually.
As men fall behind, families weaken, women bear increased burdens, and children grow up without healthy examples of leadership or responsibility.
The crisis is urgent, but the solution is already rising through MEI.

Rali Mampeule is one of Africa’s most influential social entrepreneurs and development leaders. His journey began from humble beginnings as a street hawker, shaped by discipline, education, and a deep belief in the power of possibility. Through determination and excellence, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and completed advanced management studies at Harvard University.
